Early life

Conor Bradley was born on 9 July 2003 in Castlederg, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. He grew up in the rural area of Aghyaran near Castlederg, where sport was a central part of community life.

From a young age he excelled in multiple athletic pursuits, including Gaelic football and athletics, representing local clubs and showing a natural sporting ability. He attended St Patrick’s Primary School in Castlederg and later enrolled at Christian Brothers Grammar School in Omagh, where he accelerated his education to accommodate his budding football ambitions.

At around age nine, Bradley joined his first organised football club, St Patrick’s in his hometown, and soon became involved with Liverpool’s Northern Ireland development centre. He later played for Dungannon United Youth and Dungannon Swifts before being recruited by Liverpool F.C.’s youth academy in 2019.

The support of his family was described as a key factor in his development. Even before his rise to prominence, coaches at his youth clubs noted his work ethic, humility, and athletic intelligence.
